There are several different types of shower screens available for your bathroom. These include:

- Pivot Door
- Sliding Door
- Fixed & Swing - this is fully framed fixed glass with a smaller swing panel
- Fixed Panel - this is fully framed and is fixed to the bath edge or straight onto a tiled floor or base
- Corner Unit - this is essentially a square base with one corner removed. It has a pivot door and can be built on the hob of a spa or on a base or tiled floor.

Typically, shower screens come in three main designs, which include:

- Frameless
- Semi-frameless or semi-framed
- Fully Framed

Safety glass is used in all shower screens as this is a requirement by law. The glass used can be clear, slump, tinted or frosted. However, when using tinted glass, be aware that it may change the look of your tiles or splashback. Tinted glass may also show up soap scum and other marks more easily than other forms of glass.
